Restaurants

The Grey: Upscale Southern food in a restored Greyhound bus terminal. Chef Mashama Bailey is a James Beard Award winner and is featured on Season 6 of the Chef's Table.

Late Air: Seasonal menu and wine bar.

Brochu's Family Tradition: Casual spot known for fried chicken and seafood.

Crystal Beer Parlor: Savannah's oldest restaurant, known for burgers and pub fare.

The Olde Pink House: Classic Southern fine dining in an iconic historic mansion.

Collins Quarter: Popular cafe serving breakfast and lunch with locations downtown and in Forsyth Park.

Starland Yard: Outdoor food hall

Mrs. Wilkes' Dining Room: Classic Southern meat & three open for lunch (not open on weekends and expect a line).

Leopold's Ice Cream: Famous, old-fashioned ice cream parlor – a Savannah institution since 1919.

Art's Cafe: Unique coffee shop run by SCAD students

Franklin's: Cafe offering coffee, breakfast, and lunch options.

Flora & Fauna: Bakery and coffee shop with great sandwiches

Urban Deli: Casual deli great for sandwiches and quick bites.

Bars & Cocktails

Artillery Bar: Upscale bar with craft cocktails.

The Original Pinkie Masters: Iconic dive bar (cash only).

Six Pence Pub: Authentic British pub.

Moodright's: Retro bar with duck bowling

Lone Wolf Lounge: Retro cocktail bar hidden inside an old house.

Two Tides Brewing: Local brewery, also in an old house.

Activities

Historic District: Our wedding is in Savannah's Historic District - the largest in the U.S. Enjoy walking through the squares and enjoying the historic architecture.

Forsyth Park: Iconic Savannah park with a great farmers market on Saturday mornings. Great place for a run.

River Street: Historic cobblestone street along the river (it can get busy with tourists, but is still a nice walk).

Tybee Island: Savannah's beach! About 30 minutes from downtown. Favorite Spots on Tybee include Sea Wolf, A-J's Dockside, and Tybean Coffee Bar.

SCAD Museum of Art: Contemporary art museum affiliated with the Savannah College of Art and Design.

Telfair Museums: Tickets get you access to both the Telfair Academy, a classical art museum since 1886, and the Jepson Center, featuring rotating contemporary exhibits.

Wormsloe State Historic Site: Colonial-era estate famous for its avenue lined with oak trees draped in Spanish moss.

Daffin Park: Great place for a run. This park is home to the Savannah Bananas (just please don't skip the wedding to go to the game!).

Shopping

shopSCAD: Art, jewelry, and home goods by SCAD students, alumni, and faculty.

Satchel: Local boutique with handmade leather goods.

Savannah Bee Company: Specializes in honey, beeswax products, and mead tastings.
